Role Overview
Partner with banking business units to drive workforce planning, talent retention, and culture transformation as an embedded HRBP.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary HR advisor to 3 banking divisions
- Implement performance management KPIs and succession plans
- Handle employee relations and grievance resolution
- Lead leadership coaching programmes
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in HRM; Master's or CHRP advantageous
- Active IHRM practicing certificate
- 6+ years HR experience; 3+ in HRBP role in banking
- Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills
