Role Overview
Manage HR operations for a 600-person manufacturing plant; lead industrial relations, CBA negotiations, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CBA negotiations with COTU-affiliated unions
- Manage disciplinary hearings, grievances, and tribunal matters
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management
- Ensure factory Labour Act compliance
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in HRM or Industrial Relations
- IHRM practicing certificate
- 7+ years HR experience in manufacturing or unionized environment
- Demonstrated CBA negotiation track record
