Role Overview
Draft employment contracts, manage leave entitlements, and ensure full statutory compliance with Kenyan labour legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review employment contracts per the Employment Act
- Manage annual, sick, maternity/paternity leave schedules
- Audit HR records for statutory compliance
- Liaise with NSSF, NHIF and SHIF portals for filings
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in HRM or related field
- Active IHRM member
- 3+ years HR compliance role
- Strong knowledge of Kenya's Employment Act and Labour Relations Act
