Role Overview
Lead the Finance function across 8 country offices in East & Southern Africa, ensuring financial integrity and strategic resource management.
Key Responsibilities
- Set regional finance strategy and align with global policies
- Oversee country finance directors and shared services
- Lead regional audit and risk management
- Engage donors on financial accountability frameworks
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's in Finance or equivalent; CPA-K or ACCA
- 12+ years regional finance leadership in INGO context
- Experience with USAID, EU, UN donors
- Strategic decision-making and board engagement experience
