Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute talent attraction campaigns
  • Screen CVs, conduct structured interviews, and manage trade tests
  • Manage background checks and offer processes
  • Forecast peak season staffing needs with department heads

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Degree in HRM or Hospitality Management
  • Active IHRM member
  • 3+ years recruitment in hospitality, retail, or service sector
  • Strong networking and ATS management skills
