Role Overview

Lead statutory compliance audits, draft employment contracts, and streamline onboarding programmes for a growing services group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and review employment contracts per Employment Act
  • Manage annual leave, sick leave, and maternity/paternity schedules
  • Audit HR records for statutory compliance
  • Facilitate onboarding, training, and development programmes

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Degree in HRM or related field
  • Active IHRM member
  • 3+ years HR compliance experience
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
