Role Overview
Provide technical leadership and quality assurance for World Vision's disaster risk reduction and emergency response operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design of DRR and emergency response interventions
- Ensure SPHERE and humanitarian quality standards are met
- Build staff and partner capacity on DRR good practices
- Contribute to programme design and proposal development
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in Disaster Management, Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years DRR/emergency response in INGO
- SPHERE training certification preferred
- Experience in rapid onset and slow onset disaster contexts
