Role Overview
Lead awards management for a portfolio of institutional grants, ensuring donor compliance, financial reporting accuracy, and sub-award oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage grants lifecycle from inception to close-out
- Ensure compliance with institutional donor requirements (USAID, ECHO, BHA)
- Coordinate financial reporting with finance teams
- Conduct sub-award monitoring and partner capacity building
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, International Development, or related
- 5+ years awards/grants management in INGO
- Deep knowledge of major institutional donor compliance
- Advanced Excel and grants management software skills
