Role Overview
Lead environmental programme delivery across East Africa, oversee grant compliance and produce policy-level reports for member states.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and monitor multi-donor environmental programmes
- Coordinate with government ministries and interagency partners
- Produce biannual progress reports for UNEA
- Manage programme budgets and expenditure tracking
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environment, Economics, or Public Administration
- 7+ years programme management experience in international setting
- Excellent written English; French advantageous
- Experience with UN results-based management frameworks
