Role Overview
Prepare and monitor UN-Habitat's biennial budget, ensure IPSAS compliance, and support field offices with financial guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare consolidated budget proposals for the General Assembly
- Reconcile accounts and produce variance analysis
- Advise field offices on allotments and expenditure
- Ensure compliance with UN Financial Regulations
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's or CPA/ACCA equivalent in Finance/Accounting
- 5+ years international finance experience
- Proficiency in SAP/Umoja ERP
- Knowledge of IPSAS accounting standards
