Role Overview
Coordinate World Vision project implementation, ensuring timely delivery, community engagement, and donor compliance for a multi-sector development programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities across sectors (health, WASH, education)
- Monitor project progress against work plan and logframe
- Facilitate community mobilization and local partnership development
- Prepare donor and internal progress reports
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related
- 3+ years project coordination in faith-based or development INGO
- Community mobilization experience
- Strong report writing and communication skills
