Role Overview
Lead DRC's economic recovery and livelihoods programming in a humanitarian setting, implementing cash assistance, vocational training, and market system development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement livelihood and economic recovery interventions
- Manage cash and voucher assistance (CVA) programmes
- Conduct market assessments and feasibility studies
- Produce programme reports and contribute to donor proposals
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Development Studies, or related
- 4+ years livelihoods or economic recovery programming in INGO
- Experience with CVA and market systems approaches
- Strong programme management and reporting skills
