Role Overview
Lead community mobilization and Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training for World Vision's disaster risk reduction programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and train community CERT teams on disaster preparedness
- Facilitate community awareness sessions and drills
- Build local capacity for emergency response
- Document lessons learned and programme results
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in Disaster Management, Community Development, or related
- 3+ years DRR or community engagement experience
- CERT facilitation and training skills
- Local language skills relevant to assignment country
