Key Responsibilities
- Lead S&OP process and 12-month demand planning cycles
- Manage 3PL and distributor relationships across 20 counties
- Optimize inventory turns and reduce stockout rates
- Drive supply chain cost reduction initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
- CIPS or APICS (CSCP/CPIM) certification
- 7+ years FMCG supply chain experience
- Advanced ERP (SAP MM/SD) proficiency
