Role Overview
Oversee monthly payroll for 1,200+ employees, ensuring 100% statutory compliance with PAYE, NSSF, SHIF, and Housing Levy regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly salary runs and statutory deductions
- File PAYE, NSSF, SHIF, and Housing Levy returns by the 9th
- Resolve payroll queries and produce audit-ready reconciliations
- Liaise with KRA during statutory verification exercises
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/HRM; CPA-K preferred
- 4+ years payroll processing experience in Kenya
- Expert knowledge of current statutory regulations
- Familiarity with payroll software (QuickBooks, Sage, or custom)
