Role Overview
Manage payroll for 800+ staff, process statutory deductions, and ensure complete KRA audit readiness for a leading logistics group.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly salary calculations and statutory filing cycles
- Ensure accurate PAYE, SHIF, Housing Levy, and NSSF calculations
- Resolve payroll queries and generate compliance audit trails
- Partner with KRA and national agencies for statutory verification
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/HRM; CPA-K preferred
- 4+ years payroll processing experience in Kenya
- Expert knowledge of current statutory regulations
- Payroll software proficiency
