Role Overview
Support WHO Guinea-Bissau Country Office in strengthening planning, monitoring and evaluation systems for the national health sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and update the Country Office results framework
- Support national health plan M&E development
- Conduct data quality assessments
- Train MoH staff on M&E tools and data use
Requirements & Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or M&E
- 5+ years M&E in health sector in LMICs
- Experience with WHO health system strengthening tools
- French and Portuguese proficiency
