Role Overview
Build people data dashboards, model attrition risk, and translate HR analytics into strategic workforce decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop automated HR dashboards tracking headcount, attrition, and DEI
- Conduct pay equity and benefits utilization studies
- Manage HRIS data pipelines and integrations
- Deliver quarterly people insights to C-suite
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or HRM
- 3+ years people analytics experience
- Power BI/Tableau and advanced Excel proficiency
- Understanding of Kenyan employment metrics
