Role Overview
Build HR dashboards, optimize workforce planning models, and track attrition and engagement metrics for a multi-country tech group.
Key Responsibilities
- Build automated HR dashboards tracking headcount, attrition, and diversity
- Conduct pay equity and benefits utilization analyses
- Manage HRIS pipelines and integration with payroll systems
- Deliver quarterly people insights to business directors
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in Data Analytics, HRM, Statistics, or Economics
- 3+ years workforce analytics experience
- Power BI/Tableau and advanced Excel proficiency
- Understanding of Kenyan employment benchmarks
