Role Overview
Configure and implement payroll software solutions for corporate clients; manage data migration, system testing, and user training.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure payroll software to client-specific statutory requirements
- Lead UAT testing and go-live deployments
- Train client HR/payroll teams on system usage
- Provide post-implementation technical support
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in IT, Accounting, or HR Management
- 4+ years payroll software implementation experience
- Deep Kenyan statutory payroll knowledge (PAYE, NSSF, SHIF)
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
