Role Overview

Manage payroll processing for a portfolio of 20+ client companies, ensuring timely statutory submissions and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process end-to-end payroll for multiple client portfolios
  • Prepare and submit all statutory returns on iTax, NSSF and SHIF portals
  • Produce payroll variance reports and reconciliations for client review
  • Handle employee payroll queries escalated from client HR teams

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or CPA Section 4
  • 3+ years in payroll bureau or outsourcing environment
  • Deep KRA iTax and statutory portals expertise
  • Strong time management with multiple competing deadlines
