Role Overview
Manage monthly payroll accounting cycles, reconcile salary transfers, and ensure all statutory payments are filed on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile salary bank transfers and post GL entries
- Process payroll including basic pay, allowances, and deductions
- File NSSF, SHIF, Housing Levy, and PAYE by the 9th each month
- Deliver payslips and resolve employee salary queries
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; CPA Section 4
- 2+ years payroll-focused accounting experience
- Payroll software proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
