Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver leadership development programmes
- Manage the LMS and e-learning content library
- Partner with business units on functional skills training
- Evaluate training effectiveness through ROI frameworks
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's in HR, Education, or Organisational Development
- IHRM member; CIPD qualification advantageous
- 6+ years L&D experience in banking or financial services
- Demonstrated LMS administration expertise
