Role Overview

Handle daily AR/AP cycle for a logistics company, generate sales invoices, reconcile bank accounts, and assist in statutory filings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate invoices, send statements and follow up collections
  • Verify supplier delivery notes and prepare payment vouchers
  • Daily bank and M-Pesa reconciliations in QuickBooks
  • Assist with monthly VAT and WHT returns

Requirements & Qualifications

  • B.Com (Accounting) or CPA Part 2
  • 1+ year internship or entry accounting experience
  • QuickBooks or Sage proficiency
  • High attention to detail
