Role Overview
Administer enterprise IT infrastructure, manage Active Directory, support end-users, and maintain network security for a leading healthcare group.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Windows/Linux servers and Microsoft 365
- Tier 1 & 2 helpdesk support for hardware, printers, and software
- Implement data backup and cybersecurity policies
- Manage LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, and VPN infrastructure
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in IT or Computer Science
- CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA Security+ preferred
- 2-4 years enterprise IT support experience
- Strong user-facing communication skills
