Role Overview
Provide financial management for a multi-year development programme, overseeing grant compliance, financial forecasting, and partner financial capacity building.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage programme budget, forecast, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with institutional donor financial requirements
- Build financial management capacity of implementing partners
- Liaise with donors on financial reporting and audit queries
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA preferred
- 3+ years grants finance in development programme context
- Experience with USAID, EU, or UN donor financial regulations
- Excellent Excel and financial reporting skills
