Role Overview
Manage tenant credit accounts for a portfolio of commercial properties; enforce payment schedules and reduce aged debtors.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor aging debtors and issue demand notices
- Reconcile tenant rent and service charge accounts
- Negotiate structured payment plans with delinquent tenants
- Produce weekly cash collection forecasts
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Credit Management, Finance, or Accounting
- CCP qualification advantageous
- 3+ years credit control experience
- Professional negotiation skills
