Role Overview

Optimize the remuneration framework for 2,500 staff across 5 countries; conduct benchmarking and design incentive programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct annual market salary surveys and benchmarking
Design performance incentive and commission structures
Job grade evaluations and salary band updates
Partner with payroll on statutory deduction compliance

Requirements & Qualifications

Degree in HR, Actuarial Science, or Finance
3-5 years compensation & benefits specialization
Quantitative modelling in Excel + HR analytics tools
Knowledge of Kenyan labour law on remuneration
