Role Overview

Optimize total remuneration framework and payroll structures, conduct benchmarking surveys and partner with payroll on statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Design salary bands and incentive schemes
Conduct market benchmarking with Mercer/Hay methodologies
Ensure PAYE and Housing Levy compliance across payroll
Produce monthly compensation analytics reports

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's in HR, Actuarial Science, or Finance
3-5 years compensation analysis experience
Advanced Excel modelling skills
Kenyan remuneration regulation knowledge
