Role Overview
Supervise the AP team processing supplier invoices for a national retail chain, ensuring timely payment and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume supplier invoice processing cycle
- Perform weekly creditor reconciliations
- Coordinate payment runs and treasury submissions
- Resolve supplier disputes and maintain relationships
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting or CPA Section 4
- 3+ years accounts payable experience
- ERP proficiency (SAP, QuickBooks, or Sage)
- Strong supervisory and analytical abilities
