Role Overview
Own the product roadmap for a mobile lending and savings product serving 3 million active users across East Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and quarterly roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional squads of engineers, designers, and analysts
- Conduct user research and translate insights into product requirements
- Define and track OKRs and product KPIs
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's in CS, Business, or Economics
- 5+ years product management in fintech or consumer tech
- Deep understanding of mobile money and digital credit
- Agile/Scrum certification advantageous
